Mubeena Rafi joined Inter University Centre for Nanomaterials and Devices in June 2019 as a Junior Research Fellow under the guidance of Dr. Pramod Gopinath and Dr. Honey John. She passed UGC- JRF exam in June 2017. She has received M.Sc. Physics from St.Thomas College, Pala with specialization in Material Science and has second position in MG University in the year 2015. Her M.Sc. project is based on ‘Studies on Structural, Morphological, optical and photoconductivity properties of ZnO/PANI’. She had her graduation in Physics from MES College , Nedumkandam. She is currently doing her research in Magnetoplasmonics. Her main focus is on the synthesis and characterization of hybrids of magnetic material / GO composites and MO studies.
